Throughout January to April 2020, as many as 821 water channels spread over six urban villages on 10 residential islands have been repaired.
"Those 821 channels are located in South Thousand Islands Sub-district with 274 spots, comprising Untung Jawa Island (53 locations), Tidung Island (172 locations), Pari Island (29 locations) and Lancang Island (20 locations)," expressed Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rauf, Tuesday (5/5).
